3. Digital Products — Download Policy

The following terms apply to all digital course and PDF guide purchases:

• Digital products are delivered electronically via secure download link sent to your order email address immediately after successful payment
• Download links are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase
• Each download link may be used up to 3 times
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your email address is correct at checkout
• We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect email addresses spam filters or technical issues on your end
• If you experience a genuine technical issue preventing download contact admin@brandhunterz.com within 7 days and we will resolve it

4. Pricing and Payment

The following payment terms apply:

• All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated
• Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes where required by law
• Payment is required in full at the time of purchase
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe Inc — we do not store your payment details
• We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe
• Your card statement will show a charge from BRANDHUNTERZ LTD
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time — changes do not affect existing purchases

5. Refund Policy — Digital Products

Due to the digital and instantly accessible nature of our courses and PDF guides we operate the following refund policy:

• No refunds are issued once a download link has been accessed or the file has been downloaded
• If you have purchased but NOT yet downloaded your product and have a genuine reason for requesting a refund contact us within 24 hours of purchase at admin@brandhunterz.com
• Refund requests are considered on a case by case basis at our sole discretion
• If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchase we will resolve the issue or provide a replacement download — this is not grounds for a refund

6. Refund Policy — Services

For service-based products (product research supplier outreach consulting) the following applies:

• Full refund available if you cancel before work has commenced
• Partial refund considered if work has partially commenced at our discretion
• No refund once service has been fully delivered
• We aim to resolve any dissatisfaction before processing any refund request

For digital products you have a 14 day right to cancel from the date of purchase UNLESS you have expressly consented to immediate access and acknowledged that your right to cancel is lost upon download.
