1. Digital Courses

All courses sold through Brandhunterz Academy are delivered as digital downloads in PDF format. Due to the nature of digital products:

• All course sales are final once the download link has been accessed or the file has been downloaded
• No refunds are available after a course has been downloaded or accessed
• If you have purchased a course but have not yet downloaded it and believe you made an error — contact us within 24 hours of purchase at admin@brandhunterz.com and we will review your request
• In exceptional circumstances where a course file is corrupted or inaccessible — we will provide a replacement file at no additional cost

2. Membership Subscriptions

Brandhunterz offers Pro Seller and Agency monthly membership subscriptions providing access to the Brands Directory and related content:

• Memberships are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time from your account page
• Cancellation stops future billing immediately — no further charges apply after cancellation
• No refunds are issued for the current billing period already paid
• Access to membership content continues until the end of the current paid billing period
• If you believe you have been charged in error — contact us within 48 hours at admin@brandhunterz.com

3. Brand Directory Listings

Brand and supplier listings purchased through the Brandhunterz Directory:

• No refunds are available once a listing has been reviewed and published on the directory
• Listings are reviewed within 48 hours of payment
• If your listing is rejected after review — a full refund will be issued within 5 business days
• Annual listing fees are non-refundable once the listing is live on the directory

4. Consulting Services

For Done For You consulting and supplier outreach services:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled session will receive a full refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session are non-refundable
• If we are unable to deliver a service due to our error — a full refund will be issued
• Supplier outreach campaigns — refunds are not available once outreach has begun

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund where applicable under this policy:

• Subject line: Refund Request — [your order number]
• Include your name email address and reason for request
• We will respond within 24 hours on business days
• Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days

6. UK Consumer Rights

As a UK registered company we comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. For digital content you expressly agree that we may begin supplying digital content immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once download or access has begun.
